BATON ROUGE, La. – The Louisiana Department of Education is releasing a budget summary of total education funding for the State of Louisiana. The budget was presented by State Superintendent of Education Paul Pastorek at this morning’s meeting of the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
The presentation includes information for Fiscal Year 2010-2011, such as education allocations and contractual spending, as well as a historical perspective of education spending.
